ဝန်ဆောင်မှု စည်းကမ်းချက်များ
Terms of Service
၁။ သဘောတူညီချက်
GOOD CHOICE app ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များနှင့် ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မူဝါဒ ကို သဘောတူပါသည်။ အသက် ၁၈ နှစ် ပြည့်ရပါမည်။
၂။ ကားငှားနှင့် ပစ္စည်းပို့
- App တွင် ပြသော ကားခသည် ခန့်မှန်းခ ဖြစ်ပြီး driver လက်ခံချိန်တွင် သတ်မှတ်ပါသည်။ ကြိုရမည့်နေရာတွင် အခမဲ့ စောင့်ချိန်ကျော်လျှင် စောင့်ချိန်ခ ပေါင်းပါသည်။
- ငှားများချိန်တွင် ဈေးနှုန်း ပြောင်းနိုင်ပြီး booking မတင်ခင် app တွင် ပြပါသည်။ ကြိုတင် booking များမှာ ပုံမှန်ဈေး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- ကားခကို driver ထံ ငွေသားဖြင့် ပေးချေရပါမည်။
- ဥပဒေနှင့် မညီသော ပစ္စည်း၊ အန္တရာယ်ရှိသော ပစ္စည်း၊ သက်ရှိတိရစ္ဆာန် (ခွင့်ပြုထားခြင်း မရှိလျှင်) ပို့ခြင်း မပြုရပါ။
- Driver နှင့် ယာဉ်ကို လေးစားရပါမည်။ ကားထဲတွင် ဆေးလိပ်မသောက်ရ။
၃။ ဘုရားဖူးကား၊ အိမ်ပြောင်းကား၊ လက်မှတ်
- သင်တောင်းဆိုသော အချက်အလက်ပေါ် မူတည်၍ GOOD CHOICE က ဈေးနှုန်း ပေးပါသည်။ သင် app တွင် "လက်ခံ" နှိပ်မှသာ အတည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- ဈေးနှုန်းတွင် ပါဝင်/မပါဝင်သည်များ (လမ်းကြေး၊ ဆီဖိုး၊ အကူ စသည်) ကို ဈေးနှုန်းမှတ်ချက်တွင် ဖော်ပြပါသည်။
- လက်မှတ်များသည် ကားလိုင်း/ရထား/လေကြောင်းလိုင်း၏ စည်းကမ်းများ (ပြန်အမ်းငွေ၊ ရက်ပြောင်း) အတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- ပယ်ဖျက်ခြင်း — ဈေးနှုန်းကို လက်မခံရသေးခင် အခမဲ့ ပယ်ဖျက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ လက်ခံပြီးနောက် ပယ်ဖျက်လျှင် ကြိုတင်ငွေ၊ လက်မှတ်ခ စသည့် ပြန်မရနိုင်သော ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို ဈေးနှုန်းမှတ်ချက်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်း ကျခံရပါမည်။
၄။ Online ဆိုင်များ
- ဆိုင်များသည် ကိုယ်ပိုင်စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ဖြစ်ပြီး ပစ္စည်း၏ အရည်အသွေး၊ ဈေးနှုန်း၊ ပို့ဆောင်မှုအတွက် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။ GOOD CHOICE သည် ဆိုင်ကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး ဖွင့်ပေးပါသည်။
- ပစ္စည်းရောက်မှ ငွေချေပါ (cash on delivery)။ ဆိုင်က လက်မခံခင် အော်ဒါကို ပယ်ဖျက်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- ပြဿနာရှိလျှင် ဆိုင်ကို app ထဲမှ chat ပြောပါ သို့မဟုတ် Customer Service ကို ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။
၅။ ကားအရောင်းအဝယ်
- GOOD CHOICE သည် ကြော်ငြာကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး ပြပေးရုံသာ ဖြစ်ပြီး အရောင်းအဝယ်တွင် ပါဝင်ခြင်း မရှိပါ။ ကား၏ အခြေအနေ၊ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်းကို ဝယ်သူကိုယ်တိုင် စစ်ဆေးရပါမည်။
- ရောင်းသူသည် မိမိကိုယ်ပိုင် (သို့မဟုတ် ရောင်းခွင့်ရှိသော) ကားကိုသာ မှန်ကန်သော အချက်အလက်နှင့် ကိုယ်တိုင်ရိုက်ထားသော ဓာတ်ပုံဖြင့် ကြော်ငြာရပါမည်။
- လိမ်လည်သော၊ မမှန်သော ကြော်ငြာများကို ဖြုတ်ပြီး အကောင့်ကို ပိတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
၆။ Promo နှင့် ဆုလက်ဆောင်
Promo code နှင့် event QR များသည် ဖော်ပြထားသော အချိန်၊ အရေအတွက်၊ စည်းကမ်းများအတိုင်းသာ ဖြစ်ပြီး ငွေသားဖြင့် မလဲလှယ်နိုင်ပါ။ အလွဲသုံးစားလုပ်လျှင် ပယ်ဖျက်နိုင်ပါသည်။
၇။ တားမြစ်ချက်များ
အကောင့်အတု ဖွင့်ခြင်း၊ အခြားသူ၏ အကောင့်သုံးခြင်း၊ driver/ဆိုင်/ဝန်ထမ်းကို နှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း၊ app ကို ဖျက်ဆီးရန် ကြိုးစားခြင်း မပြုရပါ။ ချိုးဖောက်လျှင် အကောင့်ကို ယာယီ သို့မဟုတ် အပြီး ပိတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
ညစ်ညမ်းသော၊ အမုန်းစကား၊ ခြိမ်းခြောက်သော၊ လိမ်လည်သော စာ၊ ဓာတ်ပုံ၊ ကြော်ငြာ (chat၊ ကားကြော်ငြာ၊ ဆိုင်ပစ္စည်း၊ GC Map နေရာ) များကို လုံးဝ လက်မခံပါ။ ထိုသို့သော content သို့မဟုတ် နှောင့်ယှက်သူကို app ထဲမှ “တိုင်ကြားမယ်” ဖြင့် တိုင်ကြားနိုင်ပြီး ရောင်းသူကို “ပိတ်မယ်” ဖြင့် ပိတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ တိုင်ကြားချက်များကို ၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း စစ်ဆေး၍ content ကို ဖယ်ရှားပြီး တင်သူ၏ အကောင့်ကို ပိတ်ပါမည်။
၈။ တာဝန်ကန့်သတ်ချက်
GOOD CHOICE သည် driver၊ ဆိုင်နှင့် ကားရောင်းသူများကို သင်နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးသော platform ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဥပဒေက ခွင့်ပြုသည့် အတိုင်းအတာအထိ GOOD CHOICE ၏ တာဝန်သည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ခရီးစဉ် သို့မဟုတ် အော်ဒါအတွက် သင်ပေးချေသော ငွေပမာဏထက် မပိုပါ။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ပေါ့ဆမှုကြောင့် ဖြစ်သော ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာ သို့မဟုတ် ဥပဒေအရ ကန့်သတ်၍မရသော တာဝန်များကို ဤအချက်က မကန့်သတ်ပါ။ အင်တာနက်၊ ဖုန်းလိုင်း ပြတ်တောက်ခြင်းကဲ့သို့ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ထိန်းချုပ်၍မရသော အခြေအနေများကြောင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှု နှောင့်နှေးမှုအတွက် တာဝန်မယူပါ။
၉။ ဥပဒေ
ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ဥပဒေများအတိုင်း အဓိပ္ပာယ်ကောက်ယူပါသည်။ စည်းကမ်းချက်များ ပြောင်းလဲလျှင် app ထဲတွင် အသိပေးပါမည်။

1. Agreement
By using the GOOD CHOICE apps you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older.
2. Rides and deliveries
- The fare shown is an estimate and is fixed when a driver accepts. A waiting fee applies after the free waiting minutes at pick-up.
- Prices may change at busy times; the price is always shown before you book. Scheduled bookings use the normal price.
- Pay the driver in cash.
- Do not send illegal or dangerous goods, or animals unless allowed.
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. No smoking in the car.
3. Pilgrimage, moving and tickets
- GOOD CHOICE quotes a price for the details you send. Nothing is booked until you tap "Accept" in the app.
- What the price includes (tolls, fuel, helpers, …) is written in the quote note.
- Tickets follow the bus, rail or airline's own rules (refunds, changes).
- Cancellation — free until you accept the quote. After that, non-refundable costs (deposits, ticket fees and similar) written in the quote note are payable.
4. Online shops
- Shops are independent businesses responsible for their products, prices and delivery. GOOD CHOICE checks shops before opening them.
- Pay cash on delivery. You can cancel until the shop accepts the order.
- For problems, message the shop in the app or contact Customer Service.
5. Car marketplace
- GOOD CHOICE reviews and displays listings only and is not a party to any sale. Buyers must check the car, its ownership and papers themselves.
- Sellers may only list cars they own (or may sell), with true details and their own photos.
- Fraudulent or misleading listings are removed and the account may be closed.
6. Promotions and rewards
Promo codes and event QR codes are valid only within their stated time, quantity and rules, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Abuse may lead to cancellation.
7. Not allowed
Fake accounts, using someone else's account, harassing drivers, shops or staff, or trying to break the apps. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content — sexual, hateful, threatening or fraudulent text, photos or listings (in chat, car listings, shop products or GC Map places) — and for abusive users. Report it in the app with “Report”, and block a seller with “Block this seller”. We review reports within 24 hours, remove the content and close the account of the person who posted it.
8. Limitation of liability
GOOD CHOICE is a platform that connects you with drivers, shops and car sellers. To the extent the law allows, GOOD CHOICE's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the trip or order concerned. This does not limit liability for injury caused by our negligence or any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as internet or mobile network outages.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. We will tell you in the app when these terms change.
