Driver Partner Terms
၁။ သဘောတူညီချက်
GOOD CHOICE Driver app ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များ၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု စည်းကမ်းချက်များ နှင့် ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် မူဝါဒ ကို သဘောတူပါသည်။ Driver များသည် GOOD CHOICE ၏ ဝန်ထမ်းများ မဟုတ်ဘဲ ကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်းရှင် ပါတနာများ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂။ Driver ဖြစ်ရန် လိုအပ်ချက်
- အသက် ၁၈ နှစ် ပြည့်ပြီး သက်တမ်းရှိ ယာဉ်မောင်းလိုင်စင် ရှိရပါမည်။
- မှတ်ပုံတင်၊ လိုင်စင်၊ ယာဉ်စာရွက်စာတမ်း၊ ယာဉ်ဓာတ်ပုံ၊ နံပါတ်ပြားနှင့် မျက်နှာဓာတ်ပုံကို မှန်ကန်စွာ တင်ရပါမည်။ GOOD CHOICE စစ်ဆေး အတည်ပြုပြီးမှ ခရီးစဉ် လက်ခံနိုင်ပါသည်။
- လိုင်စင် သက်တမ်းကုန်လျှင် အသစ်ကို ချက်ချင်း ပြန်တင်ရပါမည်။ သက်တမ်းကုန် လိုင်စင်ဖြင့် online မဖွင့်ရပါ။
- Online ဖွင့်တိုင်း မျက်နှာ စစ်ဆေးမှုကို ကိုယ်တိုင် ပြုလုပ်ရပါမည်။ အကောင့်ကို အခြားသူအား မျှဝေ၊ ငှားရမ်း မပြုရပါ။
၃။ Wallet နှင့် ကော်မရှင်
- Driver များသည် wallet ထဲသို့ ငွေကြိုတင်ဖြည့်ရပါမည် (KBZPay၊ Wave၊ AYA စသည်)။ ငွေလွှဲပြေစာကို GOOD CHOICE ငွေစာရင်းဌာနက စစ်ဆေးပြီးမှ wallet ထဲ ထည့်ပါသည်။
- ခရီးစဉ် တစ်ခုပြီးတိုင်း သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ကော်မရှင် ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကို wallet မှ နုတ်ပါသည်။ ကော်မရှင်နှုန်းကို app ထဲတွင် ပြထားပြီး ပြောင်းလဲလျှင် ကြိုတင် အသိပေးပါမည်။
- Wallet လက်ကျန် သတ်မှတ်ချက်အောက် ရောက်လျှင် online မဖွင့်နိုင်ပါ။
- ခရီးသည်က ကားခကို driver ထံ ငွေသားဖြင့် တိုက်ရိုက် ပေးပါသည်။ App ပြသော ကားခထက် ပိုမတောင်းရပါ။
- Wallet ငွေကို ပြန်ထုတ်လိုလျှင် Customer Service သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။ စစ်ဆေးပြီး ကျန်ငွေကို ပြန်ပေးပါမည်။
၄။ ခရီးစဉ် မျှဝေခြင်း (Lead)
မိမိ မလုပ်နိုင်သော ခရီးစဉ်ကို GOOD CHOICE agent ထံ lead အဖြစ် လွှဲပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ ထို lead မှ booking အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြီးဆုံးလျှင် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော ဆုငွေကို wallet ထဲ ထည့်ပေးပါသည်။ Lead အတုများ တင်ခြင်း မပြုရပါ။
၅။ ယာဉ်မောင်းစဉ် စည်းကမ်း
- ယာဉ်စည်းကမ်း ဥပဒေများကို လိုက်နာရပါမည်။ အရက်၊ မူးယစ်ဆေး သုံးစွဲပြီး မမောင်းရပါ။
- ခရီးသည်ကို ယဉ်ကျေးစွာ ဆက်ဆံရပါမည်။ ခရီးပြီးနောက် ခရီးသည်၏ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်ကို ကိုယ်ရေးကိစ္စအတွက် မသုံးရပါ။
- လက်ခံပြီးသော ခရီးစဉ်ကို အကြောင်းမဲ့ မပယ်ဖျက်ရပါ။ မကြာခဏ ပယ်ဖျက်လျှင် အကောင့်ကို ယာယီ ပိတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
- ယာဉ်ကို သန့်ရှင်းပြီး လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရသော အခြေအနေတွင် ထားရပါမည်။
- ခရီးသည် ကျန်ခဲ့သော ပစ္စည်းကို GOOD CHOICE သို့ အကြောင်းကြားပြီး ပြန်ပေးရပါမည်။
၆။ အကောင့် ပိတ်ခြင်း
လိမ်လည်မှု၊ အန္တရာယ်ရှိသော မောင်းနှင်မှု၊ ခရီးသည်ကို နှောင့်ယှက်မှု၊ စာရွက်စာတမ်း အတု တင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဤစည်းကမ်းကို ချိုးဖောက်လျှင် အကောင့်ကို ယာယီ သို့မဟုတ် အပြီး ပိတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ပိတ်ခံရလျှင် Customer Service မှတဆင့် ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ပေးရန် တောင်းဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။
၇။ တာဝန်
Driver သည် မိမိယာဉ်၊ ယာဉ်အာမခံ၊ လိုင်စင်နှင့် ယာဉ်မောင်းစဉ် ဖြစ်ပေါ်သော မတော်တဆမှုများအတွက် ဥပဒေအရ တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။ GOOD CHOICE သည် ခရီးသည်နှင့် driver ကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးသော platform ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၈။ ပြောင်းလဲမှုနှင့် ဥပဒေ
ဤစည်းကမ်းချက်များ ပြောင်းလဲလျှင် Driver app ထဲတွင် အသိပေးပါမည်။ ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ဥပဒေများအတိုင်း အဓိပ္ပာယ်ကောက်ယူပါသည်။
၉။ ဆက်သွယ်ရန်

1. Agreement
By using the GOOD CHOICE Driver app you agree to these terms, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Drivers are independent partners, not employees of GOOD CHOICE.
2. Requirements
- You must be 18 or older and hold a valid driving licence.
- Upload a true NRC, licence, vehicle documents, vehicle and plate photos and a selfie. You can take trips only after GOOD CHOICE approves them.
- Upload your new licence as soon as the old one expires. Do not go online with an expired licence.
- Complete the face check yourself each time you go online. Never share or rent out your account.
3. Wallet and commission
- Drivers top up their wallet in advance (KBZPay, Wave, AYA and others). Top-ups are added after GOOD CHOICE Finance checks the receipt.
- The commission percentage is deducted from the wallet after each completed trip. The rate is shown in the app, and we will tell you before it changes.
- You cannot go online while your wallet is below the minimum balance.
- Riders pay the fare to you in cash. Never charge more than the fare shown in the app.
- To withdraw your wallet balance, contact Customer Service; the remaining balance is paid back after checks.
4. Sharing a trip (leads)
You may hand a job you cannot do to a GOOD CHOICE agent as a lead. When that lead becomes a completed booking, the set reward is added to your wallet. Do not submit fake leads.
5. Conduct
- Obey traffic laws. Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Treat riders with respect. Do not use a rider's phone number for personal reasons after the trip.
- Do not cancel accepted trips without good reason. Frequent cancellations may lead to a temporary suspension.
- Keep your vehicle clean and safe.
- Report and return items riders leave behind through GOOD CHOICE.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, dangerous driving, harassing riders, fake documents or breaking these terms. You can ask Customer Service to review a suspension.
7. Responsibility
You are legally responsible for your vehicle, its insurance, your licence and accidents while driving. GOOD CHOICE is a platform that connects riders and drivers.
8. Changes and law
We will tell you in the Driver app when these terms change. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
